Meet the Founders
Glen & Anita Gibson
Glen & Anita are the founders of The Richard Allen, Sr. Foundation (RAS) and Zoe Life Ministries. (ZLM). These organizations were designed to mentor parents to effectively disciple their children and to provide resources for student mentorship in our community. They also provide financial support to multicultural programs that align with their mission. Glen & Anita have been in discipleship ministry for over 30 years and have led ZLM since 2007 and RAS since 2011.
This focus includes Biblical studies, training environments, parenting programs, individual student oversight, learning centers, strengths training, and community events.
Our goal is to help parents & students reach their greatest potential.
Discipleship & mentoring can not be microwaved. IT JUST TAKES TIME!

National Homeschool Advocacy
National Homeschool Advocacy is a cohesive homeschool community that provides connections for families to information, resources, inspiration, experts and homeschool friends. It is a beacon for the cause of homeschool and keeping this academic option available for families in the future. Check out our website below.
STARFINDER Workshops
The STARFINDER Workshop parent training opportunity is hosted in the community. It is based on Anita's book "STAR Finder". It provides strategies to help your students WIN academically!!
